Anita is a title industry leader. Since 1984 her experience has spanned everything
from closing a loan to being involved in the legislative aspects of the business. Her interpersonal skills make her a
valuable asset to any organization. She is currently a licensed Title Agent in every state that we insure. A grandmother of
13 and a mother of 4. Her family is her pride and joy. She treats family, friends, employees and clients with warmth and respect.

Ann began her career as a real estate
professional at the age of sixteen. She began by examining real estate title for her brother's Title Company. Twenty-three
later Ann is still searching property records and is also a Residential Certified FHA appraiser. Ann enjoys spending time with her family. She can be found participating in school functions, coaching her
daughter's softball team or hitting the gym.

Patti Marino

Patti has been working in the real estate title
industry since 1993. Her experience in human resources and banking has made her indispensable at All Real Estate Soultions,
LLC. Currenty she is the Title Service Coordinator and "head bean counter". She orders payoffs, clears title and
coordinates the work load. In her free time you can find Patti washing her ceramic tile floor on her hands and knees, doing
her families laundry and speed walking on her treadmill. When out you will likely find her at the local cinema or at the neighborhood
Mexican Restaurant.

Sheri Rupsic

Sheri is the first person to welcome
visitors to our World Headquarters. She assists all departments to ensure a smooth work flow. She coordinates all title orders,
surveys, pest inspections and other services required. Also she ensures that these services are received in a timely manner.
Along with these duties she assists Anita with any special projects. Sheri lives in Eastlake with her husband and two lovely
children.
